Q:Where is your store located?

A: Live Love Gameday® is an online boutique (www.livelovegameday.com), running 24/7. You can also find us in hundreds of brick & mortar boutiques across the nation.

Q: How do I cancel my order? 

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED! Payment is processed automatically once you place your order at checkout!

Gift card orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Q: Do you have any current promotions?

A: If we are running any promotions, you will either receive them in your email if you are on our subscription list or we will insert on our website. Check the top of our website for our most current promo!

Q: Can I use my rewards and a promo code on one order?

A: It is only one promo/reward code per order unless we text out a combination promo where you are able to use them combined! Check at the top of our website for the most recent promo code! 
We also send out promos out to our email list, so be sure to check there as well for our best deals!

Q: I used a different promo code, but now see there's a new promo/sale going on! Can I get a price adjustment on my order?

A: With how our system works, we are unable to apply and adjust promo codes that were made active AFTER an order was initially placed! This also applies to any sales we may be running!
Live Love Gameday always has great promos, so no matter which you decide to use, you're getting a great deal!

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: We do sell wholesale to brick & mortar boutiques. Email us at hello@livelovegameday.com with your store name, store address and a copy of your sales tax permit. We do zip code protect in almost all cases. You can also find us on Faire.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

We currently do not do custom single orders, however if you are part of a team, boutique, group, etc. and you would like to customize one of our designs, we do require a minimum of 30+ shirts per order. Email us at hello@livelovegameday.com for more information. 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: We typically ship-out “in stock” items in 1-10 business days. You can either choose first-class mail or priority mail at checkout. International shipping has one option. Check each item before you add it to your cart. Some items have future ship-dates or will ship in 1-2 weeks from ordering. Once your package ships, you will either receive an email or your tracking information will appear in your account.

Q: Do you only do tees for football season?

A: We began Live Love Gameday® with a football, but since our establishment in 2015, we have launched many designs for baseball, soccer, softball, basketball, hockey, racing, hunting, fishing and more. We do release them at different times of the year.

 

Q: When do you re-stock “sold out” items?

A: Our items sell out quickly, especially our “limited edition” pieces. Grab them when you see them! We will continue to re-stock certain items depending on the demand from our customers. Occasionally if we receive a return, an item may be added back in stock during a sale.

Q: How do I contact you?

A: Email us anytime at hello@livelovegameday.com! We try our best to answer as quickly as possibly, M-F, between 10 a.m - 5 p.m. CT, but please give us 24-48 hours for each response.

Q: Do you have an email list?

A: You can sign up directly through our website to be a part of our email subscription. Through our email list, you will receive exclusive promotions, be the first to see new arrivals and more.
