Product Returns

Should you have the need to return goods back to Laerdal the following process should be followed:

Complete form below or contact Laerdal Customer Service on 1800 331 565 within 7 days of receiving the delivery to obtain our return materials authorization number.
Have your purchase order number or invoice number available which will help us reference the goods you are returning.
Laerdal will issue you with a Return Goods Number which will need to be fixed on the box of the goods coming back to Laerdal.
Depending on the reason for return a Delivery fee and/or a Re-Stocking fee may be charged.
Upon Laerdal receipting delivery of the goods (if the product/s are in new condition) a Credit will be issued on your account.
