Apprenticeship

Incumbent Worker Training
The Incumbent Worker Training program offers reimbursable grant funds for training identified by the employer to help increase competitiveness of the business, retain or advance employees.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
OJT provides partial reimbursement of employee wages while the employer provides the training needed for new staff that are otherwise lacking the skills to carry out the job.
Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA)
TAA program provides partial wage reimbursement to employers who provide on-the-job training to eligible TAA workers.
