After selling Karla and Co. in 2022, I felt an undeniable void. For two years, I longed for the creative control and connection I once had with the Latina community. I realized that my passion for celebrating our culture was too powerful to ignore, so I decided to start fresh, pouring my heart and soul into launching Ay Pero Qué Cute.
This brand is more than just a continuation—it's a renewal of my commitment to uplift our community. With the same mission, we now offer even higher quality at a more accessible price, all while staying true to our roots. Every design is crafted by talented individuals within our community, ensuring that our culture shines through in every print.
Ay Pero Qué Cute is 100% family-run and proudly Latina-owned. We've brought production back to our original Arizona warehouse, where the one-on-one connection and personal touch thrive.
My goal with Ay Pero Qué Cute remains the same as it was when I first started designing clothes specifically for Latinas: to spotlight our culture in the most beautiful way, celebrating our humor, love, and fierce spirit.
