What is Specialist Channel Research – JazzCash

A detail-oriented and proactive Research Specialist. The individual will be responsible for gathering insights and feedback on JazzCash through direct interactions with customers at various touchpoints including Jazz Customer Service Centers, franchises, B2B clients, and merchants. The role involves conducting structured interviews, filling out questionnaires, and analyzing data to improve customer experience and optimize the JazzCash platform.

 What does Specialist Channel Research – JazzCash do?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Research:

• Visit Jazz Customer Service Centers, franchises, B2B clients, and merchant locations to conduct face-to-face interviews.
• Administer and complete questionnaires focusing on JazzCash Accounts, JazzCash App usage, frequent use cases, and customer feedback.

• Collect and record qualitative and quantitative data from customer interactions.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from customer interactions.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to relevant teams to enhance JazzCash services and app functionality.

• Collaborate with internal team including and JazzCash Channel Team to communicate research findings.
• Provide constructive feedback to stakeholders based on customer insights.

• Ensure a positive and professional interaction with customers during research visits.
• Address any immediate concerns or issues raised by customers regarding JazzCash.

• Adhere to company policies and guidelines during data collection and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data captured.

Qualifications:
