Role:
As a Stream Head of Partnerships at Jazz you will identify potential partners and evaluate their alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Foster strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact and addressing any concerns or issues. Additionally, monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
The role reports directly to the Head of Partnerships, Devices & Events and has 01 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 10 team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and engage potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance the company’s market position and technological capabilities.
Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related communications.
Negotiation and Contract Management: - Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the execution and management of partnership contracts and agreements.
Collaborative Project Management: - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, Channels, marketing) and external partners to ensure successful implementation of joint projects.
- Monitor the progress and performance of partnership initiatives and address any issues that arise.
Market and Competitive Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats related to partnerships.
- Analyze partner performance and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnerships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance and outcomes to senior management.
Innovation and Growth: - Explore new business models and technologies that could benefit from partnerships.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for technology integration and collaborative solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with internal stake holders to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partnerships.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to leverage partnership outcomes.

Project Implementation Plans:- Detailed plans and timelines for joint projects with partners, including roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Market Analysis Reports:- Insights and recommendations based on market research and competitive analysis relevant to partnerships.
Innovation Proposals:- Proposals for new partnership opportunities or technological innovations that can drive growth and differentiation.
Cross-functional Alignment Plans:- Documents and processes to ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

· Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline as a minimum.
· Min. 5 years of relevant experience in B2B partnerships management and strategic partnerships development.
