What is Expert Vendor Administration?
This role is dynamic part of Fixed Network Operations (North) and critical as resource is responsible in cultivating alliances with all 3rd party service providers in North region and overall governance of outsource operations regional team which is crucial for organizational objectives. This includes Managing fixed business feasibility studies, interconnect installations of fixed service providers/business partners, order fulfillment through 3rd party partnerships ensures adherence to budget and timelines. Acquisition of ROW (Right of ways), Governance of 3rd party business partners support, performance management, and quality assurance uphold operational excellence and mitigate risks. The Expert Vendor Administration acquires the 3rd party services & coordinates the internal/external stakeholders to deliver major fixed projects. The role reports directly to the Regional Manager Fixed Network Operations North.
What does Expert Vendor Administration do?
- Responsible for Business Partner relationships & this resource needs to cultivate and nurture alliances pivotal to achieving organizational objectives. Close coordination required with business partners & internal stakeholders.
- To ensure strict adherence to budgets, targets, and deadlines, in feasibility studies, Interconnects installations & order fulfillment through 3rd party partnerships.
- Governance of outsourced operation & 3rd party support by conducting thorough analyses of outages and issues and overseeing deployments in strict accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Performance management of 3rd party Business Partners Support through Analysis using MTBF and MTTR of running links and share monthly report for links having lowest MTBF.
- Ensure performance of 3rd party customer base by handling escalated cases with close coordination with business partners, CHD and NOC-Fix teams 24/7.
- Ensuring smooth operations by assuring 24/7 Business Partners resources Access permissions at Jazz Core & Aggregation sites through defined portals.
- Ensuring quality of work as per industry standards by conduction onsite audits and follow up with concerned till rectifications of snags, if any.
- Initiate & sign contracts with all the Business partners including new contracts, renewals & addendums.
- Complete due diligence prospect business partners to meet the business ambitions.
- Orchestrate ongoing & upcoming projects seamlessly through platforms like JIRA & MS Office driving meticulous attention to detail.
- Deliver attractive, informative, and well-organized presentations w.r.t. VAT/3rd party business partners performance.
- Provide periodic review of outsourced operations team performance using both formal and informal mechanisms to improve skillset with required expertise.
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating stakeholders and meetings in an effective and timely manner and demonstrate respect for others.
- Provide complete oversight and guidance to the outsourced operation/business partners for the effective and timely execution of conceived fixed projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s (Electronics/Electrical/Telecomunication) from a reputable institution.PMP certified will be preffered
- 05 + Year of Experience in Telecom Industry and recent focus on business partners management w.r.t. fixed services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
