Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for delivering the Lean Six Sigma roadmap. This role involves implementing Lean 8 Waste principles, executing Six Sigma projects, and applying the 3M model to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the specialist will oversee governance through SLA meetings, maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS), and use the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement. The role also includes exploring and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, supporting Green Belt certification, upskilling employees, and providing support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities:
Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Roadmap:
- Implement Lean 8 Waste principles to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Execute Six Sigma projects, including completing three Green Belt projects by December 2024.
- Apply the 3M model (Muda, Mura, Muri) to streamline processes and reduce variability.
Governance:
- Conduct Service Level Agreement (SLA) meetings and reviews to ensure compliance and performance.
- Maintain and update the Knowledge Management System (KMS) to support continuous improvement.
- Utilize the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle for process control and improvement.
Business Development:
- Explore and implement Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Support employees in obtaining Green Belt certification to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide upskilling opportunities for employees to enhance their capabilities in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Offer support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
