When you sign up for Splendid Rewards, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in shops, via the Jeni’s app, and at jenis.com. To earn points on shops purchases, show your rewards app to the cashier at checkout — or scan the QR code on the bottom of your receipt post-purchase. To earn points via the Jeni’s app and at jenis.com, simply sign into your account before you place your order and the points will be added automatically. 

Once you earn 100 points, you’ll receive a $5 reward to redeem on future purchases. Plus, you’ll get a free Buttercrisp Waffle Cone and scoop upgrade just for signing up! (Keep scrolling for a full list of perks.)

It’s our rewards program that allows you to earn points towards free ice cream with every purchase in our scoop shops, via the Jeni’s app, and online for nationwide shipping.

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in scoop shops, via the Jeni’s app, and at jenis.com. And you’ll earn a free scoop on your birthday.

As you earn points, you can redeem them for rewards to use on future purchases. Once you have 100 points you can redeem for a $5 reward.

The name of the app is “Jeni’s” and you can find it in the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

At this time, no. We recommend downloading the app and signing up before you head into the shop. You can also sign up immediately after purchase and scan your receipt to earn points on your first purchase. Just be sure to ask an ambassador for a receipt when you check out.

As soon as you create a rewards account and make your first purchase.

You cannot redeem a reward until you’ve reached 100 points. If you have more than 100 points, you can select the amount of the reward you want to use (for example, use $7 of your $10 rewards and save the remaining reward for your next visit).

You don’t. Points are not earned on tax, shipping, gift cards, or tips.

Yes. Unredeemed points expire 12 months after earning them. 

Yes! Make sure you’re logged into your Splendid Rewards account when placing orders. Points will be rewarded after your order ships.

No. You can only earn points at scoop shops, via the Jeni’s app, and at jenis.com.

To refer a friend, open the Jeni’s app and navigate to the “More” tab at the bottom of your screen. From there, click “Invite Friends” and use the unique code shown to refer your friends. You’ll receive 30 bonus points when each friend registers and makes their first purchase.

Of course. The easiest way to add points after purchase is to scan your receipt barcode in the Jeni’s app. We can also add points to your account if you have proof of purchase (receipt), made the purchase in the last 30 days, and became a rewards member prior to purchase. Our customer advocates (reachable via jenis.com) can help sort this out.

No, gift concierge orders are not eligible for rewards points.
