Torreón Jardín, Zip Code 27200, Torreón Coahuila, Mexico, and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Particulars, its regulations as well as national and international guidelines and standards on Personal Data Protection, as well as in strict adherence of the principles established in Law and duties of security and confidentiality, the latter implements the physical, administrative and technological security measures that are relevant throughout the processing and life cycle of your personal data, in terms of this Privacy Notice:

1. Requested Personal Data from Prospects and Clients:

In order to carry out the services of our JAMS application, we will request from you the following personal data:

From our contact form or our social log in:

• First name
• Short Biography
• Birthdate
• Email
• Gender
• Dominated Instruments and musical genres or those you are interested in
• Profile picture
• Approximate location
• Short audio (recorded from the app to show your skill level)

The information previously requested, is intended for registering you in the application and so that you can interact with other users.

2. Purposes of Data Processing:

The following are the purposes for which we process your personal data:

PRIMARY

• Registration to the JAMS application, customer service, complaints, suggestions and information.
• Interaction with our users

SECONDARY

• Sending updates, news, advertising and invitation to JAMS

3. We do not require sensitive data on “JAMS”.

4. Transfers:

“JAMS”, does not make data transfers to third parties; excluding those exceptions contemplated in Law, those regarding orders of competent authorities or those that due to our contractual relationship, are indispensable for the correct execution of the same.

5. Means and/or procedure for the ARCO Rights:

You may limit or object against the processing, use or disclosure of your personal data or otherwise revoking your consent, personally by sending an email to hello@jamsapp.com.

For the exercise of your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, you can send an email to hello@jamsapp.com.

Your ARCO rights request must contain the following:

• Full name.
• Copy or digital copy of an official identification to prove your identity. (IFE, passport, professional certificate).
• Representation: In case of acting on behalf of a minor, a birth certificate or official document must be submitted, in which the personality of the parent or guardian is accredited; in case of acting on behalf of a person of age, a power of attorney must be submitted, on which the powers to act on behalf of the latter are accredited.
• A brief description of your request, whether being access, rectification, cancellation, and /or opposition to the processing or some of the purposes of processing your personal data, or revocation of your consent.
• If you intend to rectify your name, please attach a copy of the justification if it is different from the submitted official identification, in order to prove the identity.

The response time will be on the following 20 working days based on the official calendar published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

The response to your request will be sent through the means you indicate.

Should you not receive a response or are not satisfied with the same, you can submit a request before the INAI, within the following 15 working days after the response or absence of the same.

6. Amendments to the Privacy Notice:

Amendments to this privacy notice will be notified through email or this application.

7. Cookies or Web Beacons

For improving the user's experience and to make our service more efficient, we can use any of these technological tools for statistical and Geolocation purposes, however, these can be disabled by the user in case the latter does not want them to be active.

8. Account Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their account at any time by sending an email to hello@jamsapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion." We will promptly process all such requests in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that deletion of your account will result in the removal of all data associated with that account, including any content you may have uploaded to the service.
