real banger, i love the boss design and the game mechanics, but i think you should add a slower intro, and not just spawning the player in front of the boss ahahah. Good job!

bro this ain't no costructive criticism, you are just talking trash about every game in this game jam. The game jam community is known for having great people who give REAL advice to novels that are just starting their gamedev journey, and all you are doing is destoying it. Consider what i said before you comment on any other game
Really cool game, i love the mechanic. The biggest flaw is that if you miss just one click and you miss one enemy, there is basically nothing you can do, and you just have to wait a lot of time before you get killed and can restart. I would suggest to put a constant way of killing enemies, like a magic tower shooting one enemy every once in a while, and leave the mass of enemy for the traps to kill. Overall really cool game!
Hi, thanks for the feedback. I especially made the boss easy, to make everyone able to see every phase of it, and every attack. I know that for somebody it can be too easy, but i made a lot of people playtest my game, and the boss i have come up to seemed to be the best. Btw i'll take notes for the next BRGame Jam!
Really nice short experience, i raeally enjoyed the great use of the asset pack. May i suggest some quality tips:
-The player movement feels snappy, you could fix it by adding some acceleration and deceleration to the player's movement (some animations would help too)
-The player doesn't know exactly how to interact with the enviroment, you can interact with items only if you get really close to them.
-The UI is a bit invasive, the ui covers up most of the map making it feel oppressive, i would fix this issue right away becouse it's really simple to fix so you can make it in time before the jam ends.
Overall a very good submission, it uses the Kenney asset pack really well and it fits the theme nicely. Good work!
This is game is really cool, there are just two issues: one, when you buy lots of plants they kinda overlap and it's hard to see what every plant needs. Two, (just a design tip) make the coins go lower on the ground so they don't cover the plants and maybe make the coins move toward the mouse. Overall a pretty solid submission
