On the theme of infections and brainwashing: Mucorales would be my recommendation. Its on Itch.io as well.

Oh well. I think I will have nightmares about this.
Kinda-of spoilers ahead:
I think putting someone who is suicidal on a pod to travel the space-time nearly forever is not the best option for anyone involved.
It did made me think about how people who are not familiar with biology might not know how fucked up things can be. There's so many horrible diseases, parasites and all. Humanity is quite lucky to not live (daily) through the same violence as insects do, for example. And so, someone who knew about those things, would probably never have the courage to breach containement, like the main character did.
Worth noticing that even when you choose 'it doesn't hurt at all", the main's character final human act is to try to kill itself, because it does hurt and it is bad.
Final question: would you sacrifice everything you are to be happy and "loved" - and do so forcibly on other beings -? Thats a question that has been showing up a lot lately in pop-media, and I am sure some people would.
Very heavy game. This game do transport you into the mind of someone who is quite fucked up.

The "regular" ending made me horrified. Very very uncomfortable. I think it is nice that you can't actually have a good ending, because if you dont do anything, the digital-you still feels worthless, and with the "yes" answers to the sort of absurd questions, it shows that the "real you" is simply finding another way to torture her. I like that closing the window is always an option, and much like real-life bad habits, "its over... unless?" wich is the "again?".
Very meta-play, great great game. Also "Cute" graphics, nice aesthetic, great music.
Ps: i'm not good at decoding but kinda wanted to know if the binary code and others meant something.
Great game! Love the phylosophy.
Spoilers ahead:
I think purgatory is the best place for her, and she will definitely make it out, since she has showed so much determination before.
I admit I was not capable of playing the "send her to hell" ending, and had to watch other gameplays. It is just so unfair. She was just 15, and basically none of her choices mattered, since they would all die anyway. But its not like she is completely innocent, since her family opinion should matter too, and you cant strip away other's people choice over their bodies like that.
Powerfull game!
I love all the design choices in this game.
Highlights: main character looking so small near the boss; main character classic office look (great little hair in his dreams, also); punching the computer to make it work; the fact he just spills purposely the cup in the checkpoint; the fact that there is an explosion effect when you loose a minigame; the whole scribbled look of the game (very flash game-esque, and nostalgic).
Also love all the coffee themes and the little stories told in the reports. Also the endings, although I only managed to get the bad one.
The final minigame is a little morbid.
Sound design is one of the greatest I have seen at itch.io. It brings up the ambience and the feeling of rush. Also, the game on a whole does make you feel like a witch, as in, you need to study quite a lot, be very carefull and deal with injustice caused by ignorance.
I like that there are technically multiple options to achieve a sucessfull ritual, and also that after you get the altruistic ending, it doesnt take long to get the other endings (if you didnt before).
I'll admit I was kinda scared the "2 parts oil" meant it would be like "put 3 oil, and 2 of one thing and 1 of the other" - as in, half of the end product needed to be oil - and not "2 oil, 2 thing, 1 other". But I got it right the first time. I'm not sure if it could be worded better though.
I think its nice that the game has a little built-in paper for you to write annotations.
Great game, very compelling, and quite tragic too. I liked all the endings. Wish we could see what would happen after we die (in the one ending we escaped).
Anyway, awesome game. Beautifull graphics, great mechanics. Also, I liked that the Old Horror kept talking for quite a while!
I really hope we get more of this game. It has such potential. And it wouldnt even need to be a direct continuation or backstory. But I know it must have been SUCH A LOT OF WORK to do this.
I love the design, I love the characters, I love that its written on the objects and stuff what will happen if you use it - preventing things like "trying randomly" and loosing items or health over nothing. I'm a little sad we never figure out why the protagonist went there, and also cant fully use all items. I do like that kicking things away is usually the best choice. Anyway, love this SO MUCH.
Adored this game. Captivating, fun, quick, easy to learn, and you really feel like you can master it somehow. I do wonder if the cards are truly random or if the Vamps have preferences. Wonder that about the "+X" specials too - got caught in some of them. Great design, as in "cool looking" and that the vampires are actually horryfing. Also really like the pun in the title.
Love love love this game. Great atmosphere, sound design, design in general - very satisfying, and love the "old futuristic computer" style of the cutscenes of the maze. Unfortnately just figured out that I absolutely suck at these mouse mazes, so I guess I'll not finish all possibilities of the game.
Love these types of game, and theres not a lot of them around. Got the good ending on my first try, but also ignored everything that wasnt 100% related to survival. It would be nice to have a restart bottom at the end, or a section that showed the final endings you've got.
Congratulations on your game, it is great!
