Academics

Our Academic Program

At ISANA, we are committed to providing a high-quality, rigorous education that enables all students to achieve academic success. And whether learning takes place in-person or through our Independent Studies Program, we will develop the whole learner: academically, socially, emotionally, artistically, and physically.

  • We believe that children learn in different ways and when given enough time and support, they can all succeed.
  • We remain focused every day on how we can best serve the needs of all our scholars and their families by applying a whole child, whole family approach to learning.
  • We are committed to closing the achievement gap and providing our students the technological, academic, and social-emotional resources and supports they need to not only meet, but also exceed their academic goals.
  • We consistently monitor curriculum effectiveness through data, adjusting in real time as needed, and providing students with individualized support and services.
  • We celebrate our students’ accomplishments along the way!

We empower and engage our scholars through innovative teaching strategies and instructional practices to become well-rounded leaders, critical thinkers, and change-makers.

We empower our scholars to thrive in an exponentially diverse world and cultivate kinder, more inclusive, more just, and more equitable school communities.

We empower our scholars to creatively collaborate and build a positive school environment in which students, families and staff form stronger, more authentic, trusting relationships.

We empower our scholars to learn, grow, and achieve academic success by ensuring that all aspects of our program offer personalized and rapid growth for all students.
