IES Research Funding Resources & Technical Assistance
The Institute of Education Sciences is providing online resources for those interested in FY 2025 funding opportunities. These resources will be posted on a rolling basis.
If you have specific questions for IES program officers, we suggest attending Virtual Office hours. For the virtual office hours schedule, visit the Virtual Office Hours webpage. For information on specific FY 2025 competitions, visit the IES funding opportunities website.
The IES-funded Cost Analysis in Practice Project website provides free, on-demand tools, guidance, and technical assistance to researchers and practitioners who are planning or conducting economic evaluations for IES-funded work and/or to inform the delivery of education to students in the United States. In addition, the IES-funded Career and Technical Education (CTE) Research Network has developed a supplemental guide Incremental Costs in Career and Technical Education to help document the resources required to provide a range of CTE experiences for learners in high schools and community colleges. Additional cost analysis resources are available on the Inside IES Research blog and on the SEER Standards page.
