Technical issues
When something is not working as expected, please send your message via the app instead, not via this form!
Select “Contact” from the menu, then “I have a problem”, preferably after the issue happened on the device where it happened – otherwise we may not be able to help you. Even if you write us here then, in such a case you will always be asked to use the app contact function.
Which devices will work?
Please have a look at the Supported devices page. If your device is not listed, it may not work, or it may not be available – and we will usually not answer questions about them except for new devices or new information you already know about.
Commercial advertising and sponsored posts (nope!)
Using this form for anything else than contacting us for support or questions around the use of iConnectHue is misuse of this form and is forbidden. If you do so despite of this, you will train our spam filters and make them even better. Thanks for doing so.

You can write in English or German. If you write us in another language, be aware we will use translation tools to understand your request.
