Oneload plans are designed as bundle plans that offer you both Voice & Data benefits. Under the umbrella of ‘Oneload’ we offer 4 plans that consists of Anytime Data, Most popular social media plans & Any net calls.

Any Hutch customer can activate ‘Oneload’ plans.
– Prepaid customers can simply activate the plan as an add on the number.
– Existing Postpaid customers will have to request for a package change.
If Prepaid – You can activate the respective plan of your choice by recharging pack price, via Hutch APP or USSD code *131#.
If Postpaid – You may request for a package change via an email, Hutch app (Support request), Hutch.lk Chat service, contact center (1788) or by visiting a Hutch shop
The easiest method is to order your connection via Hutch.lk as physical SIM with doorstep delivery or as an e-SIM.
You also have the option of picking up a DIY connection from Keells / Food city supermarkets or by visiting the nearest retailer shop or Hutch shop.
The monthly benefit entitlements will be renewed every 30 days from the date of activation.
For example, If the plan is activated on the 1st of January, benefits for the 1st month will be enabled immediately and then on 31st Jan the benefits for 2nd cycle will be added.
These plans allow to roll over the unused my data & voice balances. They automatically carry over and add to your next month’s benefits.

If you happen to activate a plan with Nonstop Social media, the plan is designed to offer you a 360p SD resolution suitable for a smartphone view.
Also on the 14,999 plan it is designed to offer a slightly higher resolution at 720p HD again suitable for a smartphone view.
These plans are designed to give a truly non-stop data experience for the entire duration of the plan bearing in mind a usage pattern of a smartphone users.
To ensure fair experience amongst all users, users who generate extreme usage beyond a reasonable point will be applied a speed restriction of 1Mbps for remainder of the validity period.
1Mbps speed ensures sufficient speed to operate all popular mobile applications including video streaming services buffer free at SD resolution.
You can use up to following volumes at the standard plan speed before 1Mbps speed applies:

Yes, you can switch to a plan that suites your needs better.
If you are upgrading to a higher priced plan, you will be refunded on prorate basis for the remaining months & the balance shortfall for the new plan must be paid for the package to take effect.
In the event that you wish to downgrade, the refund will be made on prorated basis & the rental of the new plan will be applied
You will receive a bill at the end of each calendar month with any transactions that you have made in the month.
if you have utilized within your monthly benefits there will be no payable outstanding mentioned in the bill.

– A refund request should be made within 7 days from the date of SIM activation via 8800.
– Maximum usage should be equal or less than 2GB or 30 Min calls or 30 SMS
