Recycle Your Phone

Boost Mobile encourages proper recycling of all electronic devices. If you have an unwanted device, we appreciate your participation in any of the following recycling programs. Together, we can make the world a cleaner place!

Before recycling your phone, if it’s still working, go to the Settings menu, select Factory Data Reset, and follow the prompts to erase your data.

Your Local Boost Store:

Find a Store near you, and call to make sure they participate in the electronics recycling program before dropping off your device.

Wireless Alliance

Boost and the Wireless Alliance have teamed up to provide a free option for recycling your device. Simply call 1-866-366-5791 to receive a free shipping label and a free container (if needed). Place your device in any envelope or box (or one requested), print out/affix the label and ship it back by placing it in the mail.
