What is the Earn section of the Boost Mobile app?

Go to Settings → Billing & Payments → Boostcoin. Here, you can watch videos or browse offers. Click on any Earn offer that interests you to earn Boostcoin, which can be used as payment credits on your Boost Mobile monthly payment.

You can earn Boostcoin when you complete the following Earn actions:

• Watch videos
• Redeem offers
• Play partner games
• Complete surveys

Note: Not all accounts are eligible for Boostcoin.

How much is each Boostcoin worth?

Each Boostcoin is worth $0.01 when redeemed towards your Boost Mobile service payment. Boostcoin has no retail value.

What can I use Boostcoin for?

You can use Boostcoin toward service credit on your Boost Mobile monthly payment.

Can I use Boostcoin if my account is suspended?

No. You'll need to make a payment to restore your account so that you can apply Boostcoin toward your next monthly payment.

How do I view and redeem my earned Boostcoin?

There are two ways to view your earned Boostcoin:

Boost Mobile app

• Go to Settings → Billing & Payments → Boostcoin to see your total earned Boostcoin. Click your earnings and slide the bar along the bottom of the following screen to redeem your Boostcoin.
• Go to Settings → Billing & Payments → Earn Summary. You'll see a list of all your Earn actions with the date and status of each. You’ll also see redemption credit amounts and dates.

No matter where you redeem, you’ll see a success message letting you know your account will be credited within the next 24 hours.

Note: You must have at least $2.00 in Boostcoin to redeem a payment credit.

What do the different redemption statuses mean?

Every Earn action will have one of the following statuses:

• Completed: The Earn action has been completed and your Boostcoin has been posted to your account.
• In Progress: The Earn action has been completed and we are working on posting your earned Boostcoin to your account.
• Rejected: The Earn action has been completed, but the merchant has rejected your offer completion. If you disagree, you'll need to contact our partner directly to resolve this issue.
• Error: The Earn action has been completed, but a technical error has occurred during the posting of the Boostcoin. If you see an error status, please contact our partner directly for resolution.

How long will it take for redeemed Boostcoin credits to apply to my account balance?

Earned Boostcoin credits are applied to your account balance immediately upon redemption. You’ll see your payment amount due updated in the app right away.

If you experience any issues with payment credits, please contact Boost Customer Care.

Who do I contact for help or for issues with earning Boostcoin?

It can take up to 48 hours for completed Earn actions to be verified and reflected in your Boostcoin total.

Our third party partners manage Earn activities. They can address any questions or concerns.

From the Boost Mobile Home tab, tap Complete Offers to go to the offers page. Tap the three lines in the upper left corner.

To see the status of a reward. tap Reward Status. You'll see your ongoing, rewarded, and expired offers. Tap an offer under any status to see the details of your reward. If you need help with an offer, tap the Contact Support button to open the TapJoy Offerwall Support chat.

If you’re missing coins applied to your account, review the TapJoy FAQs and scroll down to All Questions and choose Denial Reasons Explained or Missing Rewards from the dropdown menu.

Does my Boostcoin expire?

Starting July 1, 2024, all Boostcoin will have a maximum life of 6 months. Your Boostcoin will expire the first day of the month, 6 months from the date they were earned. For example, if you earned Boostcoin on May 28th, they will expire on December 1st. Boostcoin earned prior to July 1, 2024, will expire September 1, 2024, so use 'em or lose 'em!

If you port out of Boost Mobile, any Boostcoin you've earned will expire immediately. Also, any earned Boostcoin will expire 60 days after your account has been deemed inactive.
