Change in ownership of Firefox Accounts module

Hi all,

The current module owner for Firefox Accounts, Danny Coates, left Mozilla in early 2022 and hasn't continued contributing in that role.  I've been the Engineering Manager for Firefox Accounts for the past several years (including while Danny was here) and I'm proposing to take over the ownership of the module myself.  I've discussed this with the current module peers already.

If there are no concerns raised I'll plan on making this change this coming Friday, Sep 22.
