Our values aren't kept in a dusty drawer, or on a poster in a dark corner of the office. They’re a big part of our culture and are at the heart of everything we do. Our values guide us; in how we work, in how we help our users and in how we plan for the future. It’s part of what makes Grab…Grab.
Heart
Core to achieving our mission is serving our community and each other. That means prioritising our users and our partners. We believe in One Grab – so our leaders are not driven by power, instead they coach, serve and inspire teams. We break down silos, putting “we before me”, so we can put our best foot forward, together.
Through collaboration and a keen focus on customer satisfaction, we create features that aren’t just technologically advanced but hold significant meaning to our users.

Hunger
We believe in the concept of Kaizen, meaning continuous improvement. Our people carry the spirit of adaptability, thriving even in busy or stressful moments. We seek support, reflect, problem-solve and experiment as a team. It’s this hunger that enables us to keep getting better.
Hunger at Grab means embracing new challenges with relentless curiosity and drive. Moving from a business background to mastering data science, I've learned to thrive by embracing the unknown and expanding my horizons.

We get it: we’re all a work in progress, and there’s always room to learn and grow. Like Kaizen, we value diversity of opinions and welcome healthy debate. First, we seek to understand, and then be understood. To do this, we prioritise listening with an open heart and being mindful of our biases.
