We have some layout issues in the ? menu:

• The thumb-up emoji is too low on “React to selected message with 👍”.
• The Time example output sits too high in its table row.

Please include screenshots to demonstrate that these have been fixed both with dense mode turned on and off.

This issue has been extracted from #30476, as it is not a regression with the new info density setting.
