When an admin user deactivated a user and, without closing the settings panel, check the deactivated users it doesn't show the user that has just been deactivated.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in with an admin account
2. Open settings -> organization -> users
3. Deactivate a user
4. Go to 'deactivated users'
