What is the current behavior?
STR:
When I try to run yarn add jest
I get the following error

What is the expected behavior?
Than jest installs and runs.
Please mention your node.js, yarn and operating system version.
mac OS Sierra
node version: 8.1.5 (tried on other versions, same issue)
yarn version: 0.27.5
