- latest version by default - less then v6 fallback to disable new inferrence - less then v6 with explicit config

This PR upgrades the bundled Stylable version within the extension to version 6.
Additionally, this PR includes:
resolveModuleconfiguration in fixtures to align with the new API.<6respects the defaultexperimentalSelectorInferencesetting while still allowing overrides through configuration.
