5-29-Opaque-Network.robot is consistently failure. The root cause is that the vic-vdnet-nsxt.json was created by svc.victestuser. However this 5-29 case may be tested by any user, the user has no perssion to delete the file. To fix it, in the suite tear down keyword, the new generated vic-vdnet-nsxt.json will be deleted.
