Code owners are a feature in GitHub that can be used to automatically request reviews from the defined code owners when changes are made to specific files or folders. Here we will use it only if someone want subscribe for tracking changes in some components/directories in the VDK repository To subscribe for all PRs, people would use the project Watch feature. Testing Done: tested in a fork that indeed notification are send when PR is opened for content in that folder only.
