This fixes a bug intrdouced in d86d377. The change d86d377 initializes optvm multiple times for each input: once for the base parser, the rest for foreign languages. Though foreign languages must be initialized as done in the change, initializing optvm should be done only once. Signed-off-by: Masatake YAMATO <yamato@redhat.com>
