Description

Adding initial commit for ST7735R chips, not clear if all versions of the chip use the same opcodes. All examples of this chip appear to use a 3- or 4-wire SPI interface, or a parallel (6800/8080) interface datasheet R, datasheet S, datasheet

Haven't forgotten about these, been super busy getting ChibiOS upgraded in main QMK. That's done, so I should be able to get around to these in the next couple of days.
