[Remotes][FE] Warn user out of sync table

# What

Based on status fetched or second call made, we should warn the user that the table structure is out of sync

# How

- in `useGetDatabaseConnectionTables`, also fetch the `syncDetails`
- based on the `syncDetails`, display the message to the user
