Context

For this issue:

• Add to the Settings/Accounts/Calendars page a "Display" section with a title, a description and two selects: Time zone and Format. See values to use below.

Values

Time zone

Use a standard list of timezones and list those with the following format: (GMT+1:00) Central European Time - Paris.
By default, select the user's timezone if available.

Format

Use the following values, replacing the hour value with the current hour in the selected time zone.

• 13:00 (24h)
• 1:00 PM (12h)
