Context

For this issue:

• Add to the Settings/Accounts/Emails/Inbox Settings page an "Event visibility" section with a title, a description, and a card with event visibility settings selectable with radio buttons.
• For now selecting a radio button does nothing.
• Re-use components from Accounts/Emails/Inbox Settings - Add Email visibility section #3015.
