Current behavior

• The sidebar items font-weight is regular
• The spacing between the workspace name and the first section is 32px
• (In both the app and settings)

Desired Behavior

• We want to switch the sidebar menu item font-weight from Regular to Medium (For both the app and settings)
• We want to change the app sidebar spacing between the workspace name and first section to 12px
• Update the settings icons to match the screenshot/design while you're at it 🙌
