It should be possible to use the magic comments for enabling/disabling Ormolu in indented positions:

foo =
    {- ORMOLU_DISABLE -}
    testCase "Foo" testFoo :
    testCase "Bar" testBar :
    testCase "Baz" testBaz :
    {- ORMOLU_ENABLE -}
    []
