We could try grab too but doesn't seem to work with IE <= 10:

.slider .slide {
  cursor: -webkit-grab;
  cursor: -moz-grab;
  cursor: grab;
}

Which of the two ways? As much as I prefer grab it's not standard yet IIRC.

Whoops sorry. I'm okay with using grap. I think it's supported well enough for our purposes.

I would be nice to set grabbing when .slider is :active:

.slider .slide:active {
  cursor: -webkit-grabbing;
  cursor: -moz-grabbing;
  cursor: grabbing;
}
