Due to the sequence we need for the beta integration test setup:

• First Add prow env for beta integration test #5737 needs to get merged for providing the .env of the beta integration test that prow could point to.
• We need the actual prow setup in plumbing Add beta integration test for V1 release plumbing#1256 then.

However, we need to add a link in #5737 for the update of pull-beta-integration test to be pointed at. Thus this issue is created for a TODO to be followed up once the 2nd PR is merged.
