This application allows to slice volumes to 2d images by one of the axes: Axial, Coronal or Sagittal. You can make several slices in one app session.

Go to volumes project or dataset

Run the application from context menu of a project/dataset

Select volume

Input slicing configurations

Select how to save resulting images

Click start
-
Stop the app manually in the workspace tasks
