The MathJax feature isn't really used by anyone, but it can cause problems.

See this discussion here where Dan, Tim, Jonatan agreed it should go:

Then months later, it caused problems for Yvan too:

(It also complicates debian packaging since debian policy insists on using system rather than bundled mathjax.)

We should remove the mathjax feature.
