The phrase "start coding" in the title line of the IDE seems a little out of place: if you have done so already, why should it ask you to do so, and if you haven't why should the window tell you? I'd just leave it away and if there is no title call it "untitled".
I couldn't find the place where it is defined, at least it seems not to be plain text source code.

Me neither - and if you search the repository for it you find nothing. Must be something local ... or a quark?

Is this solved or just closed? Are you saying that because you haven't found the cause it doesn't exist? It is probably not a quark, because a quark doesn't have access to the IDE title line.

I closed it - sorry if that seems abrupt. In your screenshot, it looks like "start coding" is the name of a session - if you go to "Manage sessions" maybe you'll see it listed there?

No problem - that's an interesting little lesson for us in usability :)
