On Mac OS X 10.6.8, SC 3.6.1..4, official binaries:
Since the default shortcut for move line up/down can't work on OS X (shift-cmd-cur-up/down is used for selecting text) I set it to ctrl-alt-cur_up and ctrl-alt-cur_down:

That works nicely until quitting SC and launching it again.
Then the entries in the shortcut configuration editor looks like this

and the key-combi ceases to work, until I configure it again.
I also moved /Users/mz/Library/Application\ Support/SuperCollider away to be sure that there's no messed up file or such, so configuration started from scratch.
Seems to be related to #538

This is not only related, it's a duplicate of #538, so I'm closing this.
