Faint highlighting on the cursor's line #793

Emacs has an option to highlight the entire line where the cursor is.

In sc-ide, the cursor (insertion line) is very thin and it's hard to find in a busy screenful of code. A similar option would be very useful.

The highlighting could extend to the line number as well.
