Currently, non time stamped bundles are executed at the hardware buffer boundary. This causes a lot of unnecessary jitter. It would be best if they would be executed either:

  1. at control buffer boundary
  2. even better: at a random time within the next control buffer

duplicate of #41. please comment on or reopen that bug ... though it has been closed for a reason
