Reproducer:

(1) have the help browser in a tab underneath the post tab. (I don't know if that's the default place; doesn't matter.)
(2) Have your cursor in a new empty document.
(3) Press Ctrl+D.

What should happen: help browser tab should become frontmost.

What happens: it doesn't.

This ONLY seems to happen if you're searching for the empty string. If I press Ctrl+D after typing Help, or typing Filter, the browser correctly comes forward.

(tested in master, 584a133)
