SCDoc: right-click on a link offers non-working "Open in new window" #504

In SCDoc, right-clicking on a link offers a non-working "Open in new window" option. I'd quite like it if that worked as expected. (If not possible then the menu option should be suppressed.)

This is actually not related to SCDoc, but WebView (when running outside the IDE) and the integrated help browser (when running inside the IDE).
