[SC-IDE] Update file view if it is updated by another program #326

This is very useful when using git to go another state of some project of SuperCollider class code. Right now one has to close and open file again, to see the changes.
If works has been done on the file that was not saved before the file was then changed in disk it should ask weather the user wants to keep the changes currently in memory or load the changes from disk or save the changes in memory to another file.

Hmm, it doesn't ask to save to another file though... what I usually saw was just to ask whether to save back to the same file (or reload, or ignore, close)

Yes, that's true, that's what I saw also. I guess you can just say to not load contents from disk, and then save the file to something else, if don't want to loose those changes.
