As a user, I want to receive push notifications when receiving requests from dApps, so that I’m informed about requests that were triggered by the dApp.

Push notifications should only be tackled for Android only, as currently it's not straightforward to add for iOS given the way it works at the moment (via waku). On Android, push notifications are triggered by the app itself, which runs as a background service. This means that the user will only receive push notifications if they opened the app at least once (e.g. after restarting the phone) and didn't close the background service. There is an indicator that the app is running in the background in the OS's notification centre to know when push notifications can be shown.
