This commit removes alias functionality from SmithyBuildPlugin and ProjectionTransformer. The aliases for existing transforms have been removed. Documentation has been updated and entries for the includeMetadata and excludeMetadata transforms were added. This commit contains other assorted documentation fixes as well.
