安卓

手机端：关于手机 => 点击版本号(多次) => 开启开发者模式 => 进入开发者模式 => 开启 “USB调试” 和 “仅在充电模式下允许ADB调试”
开发手机默认浏览器（系统浏览器），打开需要调试的移动端网址
chrome浏览器打开 chrome://inspect/#devices
数据线连接电脑和手机，上一步打开的页面内会显示可调式页面，点击 inspect 按钮即可打开调试模式（会有点卡，忍一忍）
如果第4步未展示可调式页面，拔掉数据线重新插一下

其他问题暂为遇到，后续遇到再记录；由于没有ios手机，这里只记录安卓的步骤
