We need to update this initialization file for the DFG-Viewer:

• New DFG-Viewer setups are missing the tx_dlf_structures ("New Tenant: Structures ") as well as tx_dlf_metadataformat and tx_dlf_metadata ("New Tenant: Metadata")
• Not only are those missing, we insert faulty entries which causes wrong Data Formats after manually creating the Tenant structures
