Fix null and undefineds bug per Objects null properties throw TypeError #32 and forEach breaks on null values #33 (thanks @runeh).
Get babili to mangle top-level identifiers by switching to babel and using the babili preset with mangle.topLevel=true option. This means better code readability.

Minified size: 1022 bytes, a one byte saving on v2.0.0!
