What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.
Fixed the formula for the inertia, or within-cluster sum of squares:
\sum_{i=0}^{n}\min_{\mu_j \in C}(||x_j - \mu_i||^2)
is now
\sum_{i=0}^{n}\min_{\mu_j \in C}(||x_i - \mu_j||^2)
